Kiri's Story
Before creating AMPERNA®, I spent years struggling with my own skin concerns, including severe pustular acne and perioral dermatitis. My skin was reactive, unpredictable and easily overwhelmed, and finding products that felt gentle enough to use consistently was incredibly frustrating.
Since then, my own skin journey has continued, and I now also live with rosacea, which has reinforced just how important a gentle, considered approach to skincare can be.
That experience inspired me to create AMPERNA® with a gentle, barrier-first philosophy, developing supportive formulations designed to work together as part of a consistent routine.
AMPERNA® is the result of that journey. Every product is guided by the same philosophy: support the skin, respect its barrier, and formulate with sensitive skin in mind.

Our hero postbiotic, Lactococcus Ferment Lysate, is produced through fermentation and is used throughout the AMPERNA® range to help support the skin's surface environment and barrier. Unlike live probiotics, it doesn't require refrigeration.
