Telehealth Holistic Skin Coaching

I've been dealing with eczema flare ups and couldn't get it under control for a while. I've been using Amperna which has helped soothed my skin and is the only brand that doesn't irritate my highly sensitive itchy skin.
After visiting a dermatologist who recommend that I use a high % steroid cream and didn't really address the underlying root cause which made me feel disheartened and helpless as I didn't want to use and rely on a steroid cream anymore.
I then decided to book a holistic skin coaching session with Kiri which was exactly what I needed. Kiri's coaching session is insightful, informative and caring. I really appreciated that she takes the time to get to know me and my lifestyle, and goes in detail to try to narrow down what my potential triggers are to find the root cause of my skin issues taking into account my diet and mental health.
After the session, I felt a sense of relief, more hopeful and positive.
I highly recommend the skin coaching session with Kiri. It is truly amazing and was exactly what I needed.

I had a coaching call with Kiri after using the soothing duo products for a few weeks for my PD. First off I will start by saying….The customer service is truly amazing, fast to respond, and even worked with me very easily to create a time that suited my schedule- as I live in the United States and am a SAHM. To backtrack- I had developed Perioral dermatitis in January 2023 for the fist time and had visited two different dermatologists. One prescribed me azelaic acid and it burned my skin and made my flareup worse. The next prescribed me doxycycline for a month. I found also at this same time Amperna from a desperate google search. I had nothing to lose and the reviews were impactful. After using her soothing duo for two weeks (along with doxy) my skin improved dramatically by 50 %. However, the side effects from the antibiotics were almost unbearable. I booked a coaching call with Kiri in order to gain more insight on how to combat this PD with holistic methods and to hopefully get off the meds. I cannot say enough amazing things about her! She is so knowledgeable and truly listens to your concerns. I never felt rushed, and she answered every single question that I had! She always answers my emails within 24 hours (mostly even faster than that)! She is truly knowledgeable and helped me wean off my doxycycline, and also implemented holistic methods to improve my skin as well. I’ve been using the soothing duo since 3/8/23 (today is 4/9/23) and my skin is 99% better!! I cannot believe how fast these products worked and how amazing they feel on my skin. I still have a few random isolated tiny bumps. However, they are barely noticeable and if they flare up I just apply a little extra serum and it’s gone in the morning. I am confident that my skin will only continue to get better after a continued use of these products! I will definitely be booking another coaching call with her in the next month to see how I can add more of her products into my routine to further improve my skin. Thank you Kiri!!!

My health coaching consultation with Kiri was so informative and helpful. The information she gave was not overwhelming and I left our call with very clear action steps. Having inflammatory skin issues can make me feel self conscious but speaking with someone who has been there and struggled with it as well put me at ease. I loved that Kiri was able to pull from her own personal experience and give me tips on things to try based on her own first hand knowledge.
