I had been suffering from PD for 6 months - I cleaned up my diet and removed all inflammatory foods but just couldn’t get rid of the PD. I’d tried a few different skincare products that would just inflame it and make it worse. Amperna soothing duo was recommended to me so I thought I’d give it a go. So glad I did!!! PD has now gone, and my skin feels the best it has felt in years!!
This serum keeps the redness from rosacea at bay. I tried going without it a bit, and the redness came back, so I got straight back on it. It’s the last step in my routine before moisturiser (and if Amperna brings out a cream moisturiser in addition to the lotion, I will be very excited!).
This is the only product that can stop my rosacea flares immediately. I rely on this product alot. Since starting with all amperna products, my flares are only 10% of what they were before using amperna. My sons also use this product for forehead pimples. They use it at night and by the morning their redness has halved.
First off, I just want to say that I never write reviews, especially for skincare, but Amperna has seriously saved my skin. I was dealing with really bad PD and no level of oral, topical antibiotics or other medications could get rid of it. In fact, everything exacerbated the condition. It was two years of literal Hell. My skin was so bad, I wouldn't go out in public. To make matters worse, the type of PD I had was extremely painful and sleep was hard to come by. As well as PD, I also had dermatitis everywhere on my face, Rosacea, and other weird rashes that I couldn't identify at the time. I was so desperate to find a solution, but nothing seemed to help, especially prescribed medication. I came across Amperna on instagram, read the reviews and gave it a shot and I'm so glad I did! From the first application, my skin has completely calmed. All and I mean ALL of my symptoms have gone away. My skin is healing and I can tell my skin barrier is getting stronger and healthier and I have only been using it for two months. I can now do treatments like microneedling that I would never have been able to do before. I can't wait to see how my skin gets better and better each day as I keep using Amperna.
I hadn't been able to use 'active ingredient' products on my skin due to my eczema and psoriasis flare ups but have been using this product for almost a year now with no problems, I'm finally starting to feel like myself again and taking back control of my skin! I was struggling with PD for 4 months after going on (and off) hormone therapy for perimenopause. I’m very fair skinned and had massive amounts of redness, as well as lots and lots of texture and bumps around my nose and the sides of my chin. I tried everything with no relief until this. Truly after 3 days use of this duo, my PD is 90% gone, all the texture has left and I have only a minimal amount of redness to content with. 3 days! I could cry. But instead, I’ll just say this—don’t wait. This seems pricey and it is, but it’s been worth the return of my self-confidence.
I suffer for peri dermatitis on my face and this cream helps soothe and relieve the discomfort. My daily staple.
This product literally makes my skin GLOW! It's amazing! I've had people comment on how fresh and glowy my skin looks when using this product.

I really enjoy using the DS soothing serum and have been using it for a couple of years. For me it does work and keeps my skin calm, but I'm feeling like everytime I go to repurchase the price has gone up. $115 for 100ml of product is pretty expensive and I'm starting to wonder if I will repurchase again based on this to be honest, which is a shame!

I am a sufferer of perioral dermatitis and, more recently, seborrheic dermatitis. Anything I tried (including Paula’s Choice) was making it worse. Then I saw the unreal Amperna results and had to try it! My 3 pictures are showing my most visible result, from January to February and then June. If you suffer from perioral dermatitis do yourself a favor and order this product. It instantly soothes redness and calms the skin. The first time I applied it I felt like I was wearing makeup! Other than jojoba oil and rose water spray there is nothing else that I have found supports my skin topically during a flare up. Have only been using this for a few days but excited to see the longer term results.
I have struggled with PD for almost 5 years. I rarely saw improvement with any combo of prescription washes, creams, ointments or antibiotics. I procrastinated on buying this for a few months (heard about it on Two Broke Chicks podcast). I had perioral dermatitis and just couldn’t shake the remaining bits around my nose. Finally I ordered and absolutely love these products. The serum is the hero product for me, it really is very soothing. I planned to only use until my PD cleared up but I will now be repurchasing

There is a minimum 2 orders for any subscriptions - they don't make this clear when you first order (you have to click on the 'Subscription details' pop up before adding to your cart - personally I didn't notice this option as its not an obvious link and even if it was, this essential information shouldn't be hidden in an optional pop up) just be aware of this. Not a good customer experience as my financial situation has changed and I can't cancel it.

I'm so thrilled I discovered Amperna - I have sensitive, combination skin and certain areas of perioral dermatitis. I love the medicinal benefits of these products and their clean, herbal scent. Big fan!
I switched my skincare to exlusively Amperna products just about a year ago and my skin has absolutely loved it. The soothing duo rescued my rosacea and I have since added in this sunscreen as well as the daily calming spray into my routine. I use the sunscreen as needed for extra protection on sunny days and love knowing that it is high quality and safe from toxins as any of Amperna's products. It is a small bottle but a little goes a long way. I suffered from rosacea for several yeras and Amperna's soothing duo really rescued my skin. Their team who were super helpful via chat recommended this SPF for protection to help reduce rosacea flares and redness from the sun. Grateful for knowledgable and caring team behind their products!
This spray has quite a powerful, zesty zing to it which I honestly found a little intense at first. Once I got used to it, I now enjoy it as a refreshing spritz throughout the day. I feel like it is awakening and hydrating my skin when I need it. I am just beginning to clear from several years of rosacea and added this as part of my regime alongside regular use of the Amperna soothing duo. I like that it gives me something I can use for maintainence and cooling in between my morning and night routines.
I have been using their products for almost a year now which has helped my rosaeca drastically. I was so hestitant to take any sort of medications or prescriptons for my condition which developed just a few years ago at age 31. I tried Amperna first which smoothed the texture of my papules, toned the redness, hydrated my skin and helped even out my complexion. I did eventually choose to go on ivermectin cream which has almost completely cleared my rosacea but I continue to use amperna products because I know the value of them in helping maintain a strong and healthy skin barrier.
