  • Yes, all AMPERNA® products are vegan friendly as all our ingredients are plant and mineral based. We have avoided harsh chemicals and ingredients derived from animals to deliver the best active skincare solution.

  • AMPERNA® does not conduct or condone animal testing. AMPERNA® products are made in Australia and are tested by real people in the real world.

  • Many common irritants and allergens have been purposefully excluded from AMPERNA® products, reducing the likelihood of a reaction or intolerance. However, as everyone's skin is different, we recommend you do a small test to see if the product feels comfortable on your skin.   • Whilst the range has been tested on a wide range of skin types, including those with delicate, easily triggered skin, however in rare cases certain ingredients can irritate even the most normal and sensitive skin types.

    Prior to introducing any new products into your skincare routine, we recommend the first step is to perform a patch test. This will help you identify any signs of a reaction such as redness, itching, burning or rashes. Please refer to our Patch Testing Guide here.

  • All AMPERNA®products are pregnancy safe (except for our Pro+ Bio Resurfacing Retinol RX serum and Pro+ Advanced Brightening Serum) and were formulated to be gentle and effective. They’re free from nasties and manufactured in Australia at an accredited plant. If you’re worried about any of our ingredients and your safety during pregnancy, please speak to a qualified health practitioner.

  • All AMPERNA® products have a Period After Opening (POA) symbol on our labels. This symbol indicates how many months a product should be used after opening. All AMPERNA® products can be used for 12 months after opening. AMPERNA® products remain stable for 24 months when unopened and stored in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
