Subscription Terms

SUBSCRIPTIONS

These Subscription Terms & Conditions apply to all recurring product purchases (“Subscriptions”) made through www.amperna.com. By purchasing or maintaining a Subscription, you agree to these Terms in addition to our Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1.1 How Subscriptions Work

When you choose a Subscribe & Save option, your selected products will be delivered on your chosen schedule (for example every 4–12 weeks). Your nominated payment method will be charged automatically before each renewal. Subscription management, including pausing, skipping or modifying deliveries, is available anytime through your AMPERNA® Customer Portal.

1.2 Minimum Commitment

To access subscription savings, you agree to receive a minimum of two (2) deliveries. Your subscription may be cancelled any time after the second successful delivery. You may pause or skip during this period, but cancellation will become available only once the two-delivery commitment has been met.

1.3 Editing Delivery or Billing Schedule

You may edit your billing or delivery schedule at any time, provided the next delivery date remains within 90 days of the previous one. Edits take effect from your next renewal and do not alter the two-delivery minimum.

1.4 Pause or Resume

You may pause your subscription from your Customer Portal. The pause duration is calculated from the date the subscription is paused. Your subscription will automatically resume on the next scheduled billing date unless you resume it sooner.

1.5 Skip Deliveries

You may skip up to two (2) consecutive scheduled orders. Skipped orders can be un-skipped before their scheduled billing date. Skipping beyond two consecutive orders is not permitted and may result in automatic reactivation of your next order to prevent service interruption.

1.6 Place an Order Immediately

You may choose to place your upcoming order immediately. Once processed, future deliveries will revert to your regular billing interval.

1.7 Delay or Reschedule Deliveries

You may delay or reschedule your upcoming delivery date by up to 90 days. Subsequent orders will automatically shift to maintain the same interval between deliveries.

1.8 Product Changes

You may remove one subscription product from an upcoming order, provided at least one product remains. You may modify product quantities at any time before the next renewal charge is processed. If you wish to remove all products, you must cancel the subscription (after the two-delivery minimum).

1.9 Reactivation and Merging

Cancelled subscriptions can be reactivated at any time from your Customer Portal. You may merge active subscriptions to consolidate shipments and save on shipping fees.

1.10 Payments and Billing

Prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. By maintaining a subscription, you authorise AMPERNA® to automatically charge your selected payment method for each renewal. If payment fails, your subscription may be paused until valid payment details are provided.

1.11 Shipping and Returns

All subscription orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy. Returns follow our Returns Policy. Subscription discounts apply only to active subscriptions and cannot be transferred or retroactively applied to previous orders.

1.12  Cancellation

Your subscription requires a minimum commitment of two (2) deliveries. You may cancel your subscription at any time after the minimum two deliveries have been completed.

Cancellation before your second order is placed

If you request cancellation after receiving your first delivery but before your second order has been placed, your request will be considered an early cancellation. AMPERNA® reserves the right to decline the request until the minimum two-delivery commitment has been fulfilled.

Cancellation after your second order is placed

If you request cancellation after your second order has been placed but before it has shipped, a cancellation fee of 15% of the value of that unshipped order will apply. Any remaining amount paid for that order will be refunded.

Cancellation after completing two deliveries

Once you have completed the minimum two deliveries, you may cancel your subscription without a cancellation fee, provided cancellation occurs before your next billing date.

Once a subscription order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Any eligible return will be subject to our Returns Policy.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under applicable consumer law.

1.13 Fair Use and Anti-Gaming

AMPERNA® reserves the right to monitor subscription activity to prevent misuse of introductory discounts, repeated sign-ups, or other abuse of the subscription program. Where we reasonably believe a subscription has been misused or these Terms have been breached, we may, at our sole discretion, suspend, restrict, or permanently disable a customer's ability to create or maintain subscriptions, without prior notice.

1.14 Changes to These Terms

AMPERNA® may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will take effect upon posting on our website. Continued participation in a subscription after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.15 Our Right to Cancel or Refuse Subscriptions

AMPERNA® reserves the right to decline, suspend or cancel any Subscription at our discretion if we believe it involves misuse, abuse of discounts, breach of these Terms, or any attempt to circumvent purchase conditions (including during promotional periods). If a Subscription is cancelled under this clause, any pending orders that have not yet been billed will also be cancelled. This clause does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
