At AMPERNA®, we want you to feel confident and safe using our skincare. That’s why we offer a 45-day money-back promise: if you experience an adverse skin reaction to any of our products, when you return them we’ll refund you.

Our 45-Day Promise

  • If you experience a skin reaction, you can return the product within 45 days of receiving your order. The adverse reaction will need to be verified by sending photos of your skin.
  • We’ll refund the product cost only (shipping charges aren’t included).
  • Return postage is your responsibility. We recommend using tracked shipping, as we can’t issue refunds for items that don’t make it back to us.
  • To qualify, a reasonable amount of product must remain in the packaging. We can’t process refunds on completely empty items.
  • Please include your proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt from amperna.com) with your return request.
  • Bought a bundle? No problem, we’ll calculate your refund based on the product’s share of the bundle price, rather than the full standalone price.

When Things Go Wrong

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right. Just email returns@amperna.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number (proof of purchase)
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

If approved, we’ll cover the return postage and send a replacement, exchange, or full refund (including shipping, where required by law).

How to Return Your Products

  1. Email returns@amperna.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll respond to discuss the issue and see if there’s any way we can help as we want you to love our products as much as we do!
  3. If you’d still like to return then post your items back using a tracked service and share the tracking number with us.
  4. Once we receive your return, we’ll confirm by email and process your refund within 10 business days.

A Few Extra Notes

  • Our 45-day money-back promise applies only to products that cause an adverse skin reaction, not if you simply change your mind.
  • Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from amperna.com with valid proof of purchase.
  • Orders cancelled before being shipped may incur a 15% handling and restocking fee.
  • If we accept a return for any other reason it will incur 20% handling and restocking fee and not include shipping costs.
  • Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law remain unchanged. If a product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement.

European Union Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union and purchase products from our website, you may have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing returns@amperna.com and clearly stating your decision to cancel the purchase.

Returned products must be sent back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you notify us of your withdrawal.

Refunds

If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund:

  • The purchase price of the returned products; and
  • The cost of standard delivery charged at the time of purchase (if any).

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning products to us when exercising your right of withdrawal. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Condition of Returned Products and Hygiene Exception

Products returned under the EU right of withdrawal must be unopened, unused, and in resalable condition.

For hygiene and health protection reasons, we cannot accept returns of skincare products that have been opened, unsealed, pumped, dispensed, sampled, tested, or otherwise show evidence of use after delivery.

This does not affect your rights in relation to products that are faulty, damaged, defective, or not as described.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
