DIRECTIONS

AMPERNA^® Lightweight Soothing+ Emulsion
After cleansing, take 1-2 pumps of the lotion and gently pat onto your face and/or body. You can massage this hydrating lotion into your skin using your hands. Suitable for everyday use.

AMPERNA^® Probiotic+ DS Soothing Serum
Take 1-2 pumps of the serum and gently pat onto face and/or body. Apply morning and night or as needed.

So soothing

The instant I applied the Soothing Duo to my face, the angry burning and itching from peri oral dermatitis disappeared!

Very disappointed

I brought this product hoping it would take away the redness I have had around my nose. I’ve had this redness for years now so reading other people’s reviews about there issues and how this product was helping them I had so much hope that this would finally give my confidence back but unfortunately it has not worked so I am very disappointed in this product especially since I payed $120 for something that didn’t even work

We are sorry you haven’t enjoyed the Soothing Duo.

Helping skin concerns takes time, it depends on why you have your skin concerns and how your skin is presenting.

If you have irritated skin, we do suggest you wash with cool water only (no cleanser), use our Soothing Duo only (products 002 & 005) and avoid all other skincare & makeup etc for a minimum of 4-6 weeks as this is the approx. time for skin turn over. Some people need even longer to help their skin, depending on why they have their skin issues.
