My husband said its the best shampoo he's ever used. We've tried a lot over the years, he has longer, coarse, wavy hair with dandruff and all other shampoos used to strip his hair of natural oils. This manages his dandruff completely and doesnt strip his hair. Will buy again.
I have some psoriasis on my scalp and also some breakage from past hard water damage. After my success with other Amperna products I decided to order the shampoo and conditioner despite some other reviews saying it was too dry, or not cleaning deep enough. It is taking a little while for me to get used to these products because I'm used to using a ton of shampoo that lathers a lot, and then a big dollop of a thick conditioner that leaves my hair feeling super silky and slippery right away after rinsing. I am trusting the process and using the recommended amounts of Amperna shampoo and conditioner and even though at first it feels like my hair isn't clean enough or conditioned enough, when I get out of the shower and use a thick comb and put a tiny bit of argan oil on my ends, my hair is drying beautifully. It is super clean, shiny and silky. So far so good!
This has changed my skin!! My skin is so much brighter and mire healthy. I will definitely continue to use it.

After experiencing for the first time (I’m 44 years old) a perioral dermatitis flare, I asked ChatGPT what products might help as nothing I was using was doing anything. ChatGPT referred me to Amperna. I was skeptical but very desperate so ordered this product. I was so happy I did! Within a few days my skin started to calm down, then it eventually healed. The bottles lasted 6 months with daily use. After I ran out, I went back to my old serums and moisturisers (which cost combined $600) and blow me down the perioral dermatitis came back…. I’ve just ordered my second round of these products and will no doubt need them long term while I deal with this horrible skin condition. I really feel for anyone battling perioral dermatitis - it’s horrible but Amperna worked well for me and I’d recommend it wholeheartedly for that condition.
I like it but am uncertain if it made a difference or not. I would still buy again as it’s a gentle cream that didn’t make me break out.
