After cleansing, take pumps of the lotion and gently pat onto just dried skin. Apply using circular motions to massage in thoroughly. Suitable for everyday use.

How insane are the results after almost a month! It’s incredible!

I’ve been looking for a good, clean, gentle body lotion and this one is perfect. I know my skin is being nourished and healed while using it. I love all my amperna products :)
This has been the only cream that has helped with my skin situation.
