DIRECTIONS

AMPERNA^® Ultra Gentle Soothing Cleanser
Dampen face, dispense 2-3 pumps of cleanser into wet hands and work together. Apply using circular motions to massage thoroughly. Rinse well with water. Repeat if necessary.

AMPERNA^® Lightweight Soothing+ Emulsion
After cleansing, take 1-2 pumps of the lotion and gently pat onto your face and/or body. You can massage this hydrating lotion into your skin using your hands. Suitable for everyday use.

AMPERNA^® Pro+ Bio Resurfacing Retinol ALT
Take 1-2 pumps of this serum and gently pat onto clean skin. Apply in the evening. Limit initial use, gradually increasing when tolerated. Active skincare that helps skin turn over can increase skin’s sensitivity to the sun. Always wear sunscreen and appropriate sun protection while using this product.
