What our Guarantee Covers
We guarantee that in the unlikely event of a reaction to our products, we will give you your money back*.
We ask that you try our products for at least two weeks to give your skin a chance to recover from any other products that you’ve been using and truly benefit from AMPERNA®’s active ingredients. We also suggest that when trying AMPERNA® products you limit the use of other products as their ingredients may react unexpectedly and cause a reaction.
Please ensure that you are using our products as directed and that you undertake a patch test first. While our products are all ultra gentle, if you've purchased our 10% Pro+ Resurfacing Lotion make sure you're not using it on any active flare-ups or on broken skin to avoid any unnecessary irritation.
We cover all AMPERNA® products sold on the amperna.com website except for our travel size products. We are unable to offer a guarantee on products purchased through other websites or third parties.
Except as set out in our terms and conditions or otherwise required by the ACL, we will not accept claims for exchange or returns on unopened, non-faulty items due to change of mind.

How to Return Your Products
In the unlikely event that you need to take us up on our guarantee, simply send us an email at email@example.com within 30 days from the date your order was dispatched stating the reason for your return and we will respond with information about where to send your package. Please include details of any irritation and include a photo of the reaction, because it’s really important for us to understand the issue.
You must return the products via registered post as we can’t take any responsibility for products that don’t make it back to our office. We recommend you insure the returned products as we will not be responsible for any parcels lost or damaged during delivery. Please include proof of purchase along with the products, so that we can ensure to refund you the full amount for your purchase. Please note that return postage costs are not covered in our guarantee.
The Refund Process
We will refund you the cost of the original purchase (minus postage and sales fees) within 5 business days of receiving the returned products. The money will be refunded using the same method used to make your payment and an email will be sent confirming the refund has been processed.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping fees, return handling fees and other charges (as applicable) are not refundable.
We apologise to our International Customers, however we are only able to offer the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee to Australian Customers.
The 30 Day Monday Back Guarantee is valid for all first purchases made after the 27th of October 2018. We retain the right to discontinue this guarantee at any time.
